This talent is the latest to emerge from the famed youth system and is rapidly cementing himself as one of the manager's most promising protegees.

He joined Madrid from CD Leganes in the summer of 2023, having formerly spent time at Atletico and Getafe's youth teams, and initially featuring for the Juvenil C team, where he quickly made a positive impact.

Pitarch progressed to the reserve side and it was in a friendly match in which they played against the senior squad, then coached by Arbeloa, where the teenager is said to have drawn the eye of the current Real boss, who replaced Xabi Alonso in January.

Reports would later describe the moment as "an instant connection," adding he excelled not only for his technical ability, but for the energy, character and determination he added to the side.

'His Best Attribute Remains His Personality'

During the pre-season of 2025, ex-manager Alonso invited the youngster to practice with the senior squad and gave him minutes during the warm-up matches.

However, it was the change in manager that became the defining moment in his career as he was introduced as a second-half replacement in both ties against Benfica that set up the meeting with Manchester City.

"I have dreamed of this every night when sleeping, the very first time I began playing the game, each day you go to train and each day you play a match," stated the player after his debut.

"I have just achieved my ambition with the best team in the world and in the top tournament."

Pitarch has seized it with performances that have defied his age and inexperience.

"He will continue to get chances with the main squad. It is delightful to have a player like him."
